Sorry, names need to be capitalized. While this doesn't seem to be an issue with this app, you also need to be able to spell your own character's name. I've encountered apps where this is a problem, and it's one that will get you rejected.

6. Your character’s place of birth or hometown: michigan 7. What is your character like? What is their background? How did they become the person they are today? Let us know about relevant likes and dislikes (for example, if a person is claustrophobic because their brother locked them in a closet). If your character is a Rocket or PokeForcer, what led them to become one? This should be the bulk of your application. Talented fighter in training. Lived in Michigan after walking through a time warp. Grew up reading lots of books and wants to be a pokemon trainer. I don't like being under the bed or tight spaces. I think I'm like Ash, I want t save all the Pokemon. I want them all to go to good homes

Unfortunately, we're not accepting applications for people from Earth. Michigan is not part of Kanto and thus cannot be used as a hometown (plus it's not even a town, it's a state). The application is way, way too short and has problems with things like changing tense and incomplete sentences.

My name is Molly, and I'm a Pokemon trainer. I've been doing this a long time, and I know a lot, but I want to know more. I tend to remember everything and have some impressive moves. I travel with my Blastoise level 85, and many other Pokemon I have raised. I want to learn from the best.

This app isn't long enough to be accepted. Unfortunately, that means it's definitely not enough to get a Blastoise. Also, we don't have levels, and starting the game with more than one pokemon is rare and requires an outstanding app.

9. Write your character’s physical description. This should be at least five lines long. Remember to avoid telling the viewer that they feel or do something (for example, do not write, "When you look at Jane, you know that she’s a genius.").

I am small and nible, and have a black belt in many forms of martial arts. Since my early childhood I have developed my strengths and am competetive against people 10 times my size.

Having a black belt at her age seems to be rather extreme, but is possible if she'd explained it in her application. This isn't really a description, however, and even a black belt would not enable a person to go up against a person ten times their size (even if such a giant existed, which they don't).
